Detailed steps on how to plan a Hen Party with us

Planning a hen party can be a super stressful experience if you don’t have help. Contacting so many suppliers, impossible to make changes, costs going up if your numbers drop, trying to chase money from the girls. The good news is that you don’t have to do it on your own.

You don’t need to know every step for how to plan a hen party when you book with us here at The Foxy Hen. Just how to book it in, so that we can do all of the hard work for you! Spend your precious time on the fun bits like games, themes and special touches for the bride-to-be.

To create a booking:

  1. Choose your favourite hen party destination in Ireland, the UK or Europe.
  2. Choose your hen party package items – hen do friendly accommodation, activities, food and extras (as many or as few as you’d like).
  3. Submit your booking request through the website, with no upfront deposit. It’s free!
  4. Confirm you would like your suppliers to check availability by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button on your booking page.
  5. We’ll book everything in for you (subject to availability) and slots will be held for you based on your estimated group size.
  6. We’ll let you know when everything is confirmed and open up the online payments.
  7. Once payments are open, we need you (the organiser) to log in and pay for your spot on the trip within 5 days. This is a non-refundable deposit that secures the booking.

Once the organiser has paid the deposit:

  1. Invite your hen party girls into the booking using either the share link, or via an automated email invite. You’ll find these near the bottom of your booking page.
  2. The girls can then make their own payments online. They can even untick items they don’t want to do and they’ll pay less. The group can also pay in instalments to make it easier.
  3. Payment reminders will be sent to group members who haven’t paid yet, so you don’t have to do the chasing@
  4. Full payment is due from the group 6 weeks before the hen party trip (or the date agreed with your Booking Manager).
  5. We’ll send your group an itinerary 10 days before your hen party trip so you can head off and have fun with no stress!
